Beryllium Copper Base & Direct Plating
Standard speaker connectors often rely on brass or phosphor-bronze alloys with nickel underlayers beneath gold or silver plating, which adds resistance and dulls audio performance. The AudioQuest SureGrip 100 Banana Connectors utilize high-quality Beryllium Copper as the foundation, treated with AudioQuest's Direct-Gold or Direct-Silver plating directly onto the base metal. Removing intermediate nickel layers minimizes signal distortion and preserves maximum dynamic contrast and extended highs.

Cold-Weld Convenience & Non-Metallic ABS Housing
Bare speaker wire is prone to oxidation, short circuits, and poor contact over time. SureGrip 100s replace bare wire connections with a high-pressure Cold-Weld System. Using the included mini-wrench tool, users can easily secure wires into the plug without using sound-damaging solder. Enclosed in a durable, non-metallic ABS casing with intuitive Speaker and Amp labels, these connectors eliminate stray strands while insulating the junction against external static interference.
