The AudioQuest Niagara 5000 features Transient Power Correction, creating a low-impedance current reservoir of over 90 amps peak (up to 25ms) to eliminate dynamic compression. Combined with Ultra-Linear Noise-Dissipation Technology and custom AQ-formed RF filtering capacitors, it linearly attenuates AC line and radio-coupled noise across wide bandwidths for incredible clarity and focus.

Zero Ground-Contamination & Non-Sacrificial Protection
AC Ground wires act as antennas for airborne Radio-Frequency Interference (RFI). Niagara 5000 utilizes AudioQuest’s Patented AC Ground Noise-Dissipation System alongside Zero Ground-Contamination Technology, preventing harmful noise or surge energy from contaminating the system ground reference. It features Non-Sacrificial Surge Protection (withstanding up to 6000V/3000A) and auto-resetting Extreme Voltage Shutdown (EVS) to protect sensitive components against catastrophic and sustained power anomalies.

90% Source & 100% Amplifier Performance of Flagship 7000
By foregoing the flagship 7000’s dielectric-biased symmetrical power isolation transformers, Niagara 5000 provides higher current flexibility across its source banks. It delivers 90% of the source-component noise dissipation of the Niagara 7000 and 100% of its amplifier performance. Equipped with 12 Low-Z AC outlets (4 High-Current / 8 Source), it offers an exceptional, uncompromised power foundation for high-end two-channel and custom-installed AV systems.
