This allows your equipment to draw instantaneous, uncompressed current on demand, unlocking punchy bass, vivid dynamic contrast, and realistic power.

14 AWG Heavy Gauge & Silver-Plated Drain Wires
NRG-Y3 steps up to a heavy-duty 14 AWG Semi-Solid Concentric Long-Grain Copper (LGC) layout, keeping strands tightly packed in fixed relative alignment to eliminate strand-interaction distortion. To combat modern environmental RF noise, Y3 incorporates directionally controlled Silver-Plated Drain Wires. These high-conductivity drain wires evacuate airborne RF interference captured by line and neutral shields, dramatically lowering the noise floor.

Direction-Controlled Conductors & Cold-Welded C13 Termination
Every conductor in NRG-Y3 is listener-tested for metal grain directionality (Direction-Controlled Conductors) to ensure induced RF noise is systematically drained away from vulnerable audio circuits. Utilizing Cold-Welded Terminations to eliminate solder-induced resistance, NRG-Y3 features a standard 3-pole IEC C13 plug, making it an essential power upgrade for integrated amplifiers, active subwoofers, DACs, and AV receivers.
